The

‘eternal summer’ retreat

Ilfracombe - Devon - 18th/22nd September 2020

4 nights & 5 days in the idyllic seaside village of Ilfracombe

We arrive at our retreat a day after the new moon perfect for setting new intentions, new beginnings and the opportunity to revitalise yourself in the company of some other wonderful yogis.

We close our retreat on the day of the Autumn Equinox as leave our retreat feeling warm and open ready to move forward with all that we we have manifested in our time together.

The purpose…

I wasn't going to host a retreat this year after the past five months of change and pandemic here in the uk, but I felt called to offer this as its my duty to offer a service through what I know and what I continue to learn. I realised that so many of the yogis that I speak to and work with are longing for connection, not only with others but most importantly with themselves.

I have carefully chosen this location and venue style so that we can all still feel relaxed that we have lots of space in this time. In comparison to previous retreats where there have been larger group bedrooms I have chosen to make this a little more premium with more space, and lower numbers so that everyone feels comfortable. x

The retreat focus will be on new beginnings as we move towards Autumn, and working through the idea that if we do the work we can create an eternal summer within ourselves. It’s a chance to close off the fruits of the season and really tune into what we have learned and experienced this year. I believe strongly that we should sit with difficulty and learn to understand it, whilst nurturing all the positivity that can flourish as an outcome. As they say… the lotus can only flourish from mud. A yoga & meditation practice is such an incredible way to work through feelings, desires, difficulties and temptations that it can be completely life changing. I am so excited to help guide you all through anything you want to know, and anything you are going through or want to understand further so that we can start to develop a deeper more supportive yoga practice together.

I have offered many retreats before, and I promise you that you will come away rested, inspired, open and with a whole group of new friends. I often have the same yogis showing up again and again to my retreats so please be assured that you are taken care of and I do everything I can to make every moment special. For some this will be the second or third retreat with me, and I am honoured!

This is my third UK retreat, and I am so excited to be able to make this happen at home. The energy in the UK is thriving at the moment, so let’s enjoy it and breathe in all of the fresh new air and life force that we deserve.

The location…

Our retreat home is based in the beautiful Devon coast, in a village called Ilfracombe. Our house is incredibly beautiful, perched high up on a hill boasting magnificent views of the sea and the village. We are nestled amongst 1/2 and acre of private land and terraced gardens. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk and the victorian harbour is a 15 minute walk. The harbour is full of different galleries, shops, eateries and restaurants so if you fancied a stroll you definitely would find lots to do.

The home is owned by and interior designer and an artist, who’s mark is very much made on the house. I spent a lot of time finding a location and house that would make us feel at home. So that we can find space and peace when we want, and also spaces where we can come together and connect. Being so close to the beach is something very special, even just breathing in the sea air each morning with revitalise you like nothing else. The open plan sitting and dining room has huge original French doors leading to a magnificent sea view terrace. We will be dining in these spaces most of the time. There is a stunning vine room which is where our yoga practices will be lead and transformed in the mornings into a glorious shall , or if the weather permits we will practice outdoors on the land or head to the beach.

The property has 3 car parking spaces up the hill, and plenty of space at the bottom.

You can make your way by train from London in about 4 hours and then a taxi to the house from Barnstable station in 20 mins.

I suggest arranging with other yogis to share taxis or if you’re driving and have a car that can accommodate others some friendly car pooling. (a great way to split costs!)

I will not be able to take anyone with me i’m afraid as the car will be filled with retreat delights and our wonderful masseuse/assistant!

*Payment Plan Available. Deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated valid reasons above.

T’s & C’s Apply.

Previous Retreat Testimonials….

I just returned from the most inspirational and rejuvenating yoga retreat with Amayour Surf in the dessert hills of Taghazout (Tamazirt) in Morocco and there, our yoga teacher and friend Francesca (a true goddess!) hosted a workshop where we learned to let go of the past and manifest the future. I returned to Paris having made peace with 2018 and refocused, with a sense of clarity, for the adventures that lie ahead.
